Training and Development
We provide on and off-site company sponsored training to ensure the continual learning and development of our staff.

Medical/Dental Insurance
Your choice of indemnity or HMO plans for you and your dependents, with a small co-pay.

Vision Insurance
Excellent vision coverage offered through the largest national vision carrier for you and your dependents fully paid for by Meyer Corp. U.S.

Life and Disability Insurances
We offer group life and disability insurance coverage to make you and your family feel secure. Additional life insurance may also be purchased via payroll deductions through our Voluntary Term Life Insurance plan.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Two special accounts (FSA's) are available to employees to fund dependent care and unreimbursed medical, dental and vision care expenses and as a plus, your contributions are tax-free!

401(k) Plan
A "top of the line" 401(k) plan. You can contribute up to 100% of your salary not to exceed the yearly limit set by the IRS. Meyer Corporation, U.S. currently provides a 100% match up to 6% of your contribution.

Vacation/Holidays
Employees earn vacation leave from their date of hire and add additional leave at the end of their 5th and 10th years. Meyer observes 11 paid holidays per year and provides two floating holidays to every full-time employee.

Tuition Reimbursement
Meyer Corp. offers tuition reimbursement at 100% for Junior College courses and 50% for university level undergraduate and graduate coursework.

Company Product Discounts
We provide discounts to all employees towards the purchase of any of our terrific cookware products. Product may be purchased at special prices below the wholesale price.

Flexible Scheduling
Exempt employees are offered a flexible schedule in order to meet the needs of personal obligations.

Employee Referral Program
Earn between $250.00-$1,000.00 for referring qualified candidates who are hired by Meyer Corporation, U.S.

Casual Dress
Every day is business-casual day at Meyer! Fridays are extra-comfortable "jeans" dress-down days.
